We will make every effort to accommodate your change request; however, once an order has been processed for shipment, we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. For assistance, please contact a customer service representative at [email protected]

When placing your order please ensure that the billing and shipping address details are correct, as we are unable to redirect.

When your order is shipped, we will send you a confirmatory email.

Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum. Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24 hour period where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Please note this can take longer during our new collection release and sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for shipments to be dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. Please note that in some areas there is a limited range of delivery services available. We will endeavour to send your order out as quickly as possible but we cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations or adverse weather conditions.

For security reasons, all chidinmaobairi.com online purchases require a signature upon delivery. Please be aware that our service is not a named delivery service and anyone at the designated delivery address may sign for your delivery. We will not be liable for a lost or missing order that has been signed for in a building, for example, an office address that has been provided for delivery.

If no one is available to sign for the delivery, the driver will make a total of three delivery attempts on three consecutive business days. If there is still no-one available to sign for the package, after 5 days with no communication, it will be returned to our warehouse.

You may request to have your order shipped in our eco packaging option, which is 100% recyclable. All orders arrive in discreet packaging with no indication of its contents. During the sales period, your order may experience a slight delay. Please allow up to 7 working days for your order to be with you.

Shipping Methods:

Domestic

DHL Ground – Complimentary shipping, orders are expected to deliver within 3-5 business days.
DHL Express – 2-3 business days on any order placed before 12 pm CAT Monday through Friday when selected at checkout.
DHL Overnight – One-day delivery on any order placed before 12 pm CAT Monday through Friday when selected at checkout.

International

DHL – Orders are expected to deliver within 5-7 business days.
We ship Monday – Friday excluding public holidays.

The customer is responsible for assuring that any products you order comply with your local state and federal government regulations.

Please note all international orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

We are happy to accept returns purchased from chidinmaobairi.com for a store credit or exchange provided you return them within 7 days from the date that the product was delivered to you.

If you wish to use your own return label, please make sure this has tracking information available. We will not be responsible if your parcel is lost and there is no way of tracking it.

Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a store credit or exchange refused. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country.

Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

All products are subject to availability. While we make every effort to only display items that are currently in stock, there may be instances when an item is no longer available. Once an order is placed, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. Please note that this e-mail does not guarantee the availability of the products you selected for purchase. Once stock has been allocated for your order and shipping is processed, you will receive a separate e-mail to inform you that your package has been shipped. This email will include your tracking number. Continue to refer to the UPS website for progress on your delivery.
