What is your return policy?
We are happy to accept returns purchased from chidinmaobairi.com within same day of delivery for a store credit or exchange.
If you wish to use your own return label, please make sure this has tracking information available. We will not be responsible if your parcel is lost and there is not a way of tracking it.
Items must be returned in their original condition with all garment tags attached in the branded packaging provided. This is also to ensure that item(s) arrives back to us in a suitable and undamaged state. Returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged will not be accepted and may be sent back to you and/or a store credit or exchange refused. Item(s) must be returned from the original shipping country.
Please note items received outside of the specified returns period will not be accepted.

Unfortunately, we do not carry extra fabric of our styles. In an effort to be sustainable, we only order the amount needed to create the styles ordered.
